Acred is six arms in Bengaluru: architecture, construction, real estate, engineering, development and interiors. Each runs as its own practice, with its own leadership and its own books, and every one of them answers to the same standard.

On most projects the architect blames the engineer, the contractor blames the drawing and the broker blames the price. Here the same group draws the plan, checks the structure, pours the slab, sells the homes and fits the kitchens. A problem found on site is fixed by the people who caused it, usually the same week.

You sign one contract. You get one schedule, one number every week, and one phone number to call when something is not right.
